Analysts bump open RAN outlook

Billy also served his country as a Sergeant in the Texas Army National Guard.A visitation is scheduled Saturday, July 20, 2019 from 9 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. with the funeral starting at 11:00 A.M. at Salem Baptist Church with Rev. Michael R. Woods, officiating. Burial will follow in Live Oak Cemetery under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home. Mr. Billy Don Keal, of Port Arthur, died Thursday, July 11, 2019 at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas.Billy was a native of Port Arthur and was a Deacon at Seventh Street Baptist Church.center_img Billy was preceded in death by his father, grandparents, a sister and 4 brothers.
